How can I use a coupon?

Please access iKnow! on PC to apply your coupon.

If you already have an iKnow! account:

1. Log in and go to the coupon page ( http://iknow.jp/discount_code/new ).
   
2. Enter the coupon code and click "redeem"
3. Confirm that your coupon has been applied and check the expiry date of it.
   *Note that every coupon needs to be used within 2 weeks after redeeming it.
   
4. Go forward to the payment page, the coupon price shows up.
   
   *If you already studied on iKnow! mobile app without signing up, please tap the green bar to sign up and then redeem a coupon on PC.
   
   

If you are going to create a new account:

1. Go to the sign up page ( https://iknow.jp/signup ) .
2. Click "Have a coupon code?"
   
3. Enter your e-mail address, password and the coupon code, and click "Sign Up".
