Studying a course will automatically add to "Studying". You will see them on your dashboard page after that.
Or, go to the Course Directory(https://iknow.jp/content) and click "Add to studying" button on each course info pages. In this way, you can add them you don't even start studying. 
Also you can add all courses on each series by clicking "Add All".
