How can I display the Developer Console?

How to display the Developer Console differs depending on browsers. Please see the instructions below.

Chrome/Edge:

1) Launch Chrome/Edge.
2) Click the three line button at the top-right of the screen.
3) Select More Tools, then Developer Tools.
4) Select Network and Console

Firefox:

1) Launch Firefox.
2) Click the three line button at the top-right of the screen. 
3) Select Developer then Developer Toolbar
(You may need to click the wrench at the bottom of the screen to show the details)
4) Select Network and Console
