Price change for iKnow! Pro membership (October 1, 2019)

Effective as of October 1, 2019 (12:00pm JST), prices for our pro memberships will be changed due to the consumer tax increase in Japan. In addition, we will no longer offer the Lifetime plan to any users as part of this change.

*Please rest assured that current Lifetime members will not be affected or canceled by this change. Users who are currently Lifetime members can continue to use the service.

〜 Those who are currently subscribed to a monthly recurring plan 〜
If you enrolled before October 1, 2019 (12:00pm JST), you can stay subscribed at the current price as long as your subscription is not cancelled. However if for any reason, it gets cancelled, you will need to resubscribe at the new price.


〜 About renewing your fixed contract in advance 〜
If you are currently considering renewing your contract, we suggest you renew it before the price change in order to purchase plans at the current prices. Even if you renew your contract ahead of time, additional months will be added to your expiry date, extending your contract at the current price.
