How do I change my registered email address?

To change your registered email address, you will need to login on your PC.
Please go though the following steps to change your email address.

1. Go to the Account Settings page ( https://iknow.jp/account/edit ) .
2. Enter your email address in the Add New Email box and click on "add".
3. You'll receive a confirmation email to the email address you just entered. Click on the URL in the email and confirm that it is your email address.
4. If you have more than one email address registered, please choose one as your primary one on the Emails section of the Account Settings page.
5. You can remove other email addresses if you wish.

Please note that you cannot remove your email address if there is only one registered.
You cannot add an email address that is registered under another account.
If you wish to add it to the current account, please first remove it from the other account or delete the other account to free up the email address.
