You can delete your account on the account settings page: https://iknow.jp/account/edit, under “Delete account”.
Even after the expiration of the iKnow! Premium plan, your study data is saved on your iKnow! account. So you can resume your study if you re-subscribe with the same account. In other words, your iKnow! account will not deleted automatically even after the expiration period.
Once you delete...
- You will no longer be able to access your study data, even if you change your mind later.
- You will not be able to log in.
*No refund will be given even if you delete your account while under a plan contract.
Cancel your rolling subscription
If you use iKnow! with a rolling subscription, you need to cancel it before deleting account, see the article How do I cancel subscription?.

PC site:
- Access the Account Settings page: https://iknow.jp/account/edit
- On "Profile" tab, click on "Delete account".
- Input your password.
- Click "OK" to confirm before deleting the account.
iOS/macOS app:
- Tap a hamburger icon on top left.
- Tap Preferences > Account > Delete account.
- Input your password and "Delete".
