Biometric login on mobile app

Now you can log into the app using biometrics!
*Android/iOS app v5.2.8〜

About Biometric Login
It enables you to log into the app using biometrics.
For android app, you can check the setting and turn it on/off on Preferences screen (Tap the hamburger icon > Preferences > Account > Security).


To log into iKnow! app using biometric
Before logging into iKnow! using biometric, you will need to login manually or change your password to store iKnow! credentials.

• Log into iKnow! by entering registered email address and password
• Change your password while you logged in on mobile app (Tap the hamburger icon > Preferences > Account > Change password)

Then, next time you logout, you can log in using biometric.
